Drink of the Month

This month's Drink of the Month uses fresh ingredients right from the garden.  What's better than fresh raspberries and fresh mint? 

Well.... fresh raspberries and fresh mint with vodka and rum, OF COURSE! 


The Rasperry Mojito is tart, sweet (but not overly so) and oh so refreshing.  It is perfect for summer entertaining.  


  • 8 fresh raspberries (could also use strawberries)
  • 2 lime wedges
  • ice

Serving size: 1 drink

Muddle mint leaves, raspberries, lime wedges and simple syrup. Add vodka and rum.  Pour over ice in your favorite glass and top with club soda.
